Bro do I gotta whip out my famous cabbage soup that I made the guys at camp because

Hunting Camp
Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs ground Italian sausage (your call on how meaty you want your soup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 shallot, chopped (if it’s a small shallot, go ahead and throw the whole thing in)
- 1 small/medium green cabbage, diced
- 1 package potato gnocchi
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 1.5 cup V8/vegetable juice
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- A dash of white pepper
- A dash of smoked jalapeño

1.) In a stock pot over medium heat, brown sausage
2.) Add onion and shallot to pot, cook until softened
3.) Add cabbage to pot, cook until cabbage starts to soften (~3 minutes)
4.) In a separate pot of brined water, cook gnocchi, strain and set aside
5.) Push ingredients to the edges of pot to create space in the middle
6.) Add tomato paste and cook until paste starts to darken (~2 minutes)
7.) Stir in remaining ingredients, allow soup to come to a slight boil
8.) Lower temperature to a simmer, cover
9.) Simmer approximately 25 minutes, or until cabbage is thoroughly softened
