Doctor appointments are no fun, and they don't even seem susceptible to bribery... ^.^

Just like you can't convince a clever squirrel that diapers are better than pull-ups, Simon is adorably cynical about Alvin's schemes. (Although he always ends up getting completely absorbed in his brother's wild imagination in the end, but he does get to say I-told-you-so when it collapses) ^.^

Simon stands in the upstairs hallway of the Seville house, arms folded and a flatly disbelieving look on his face as he listens to off-screen Alvin's explanations.

It's possible I'm a bit of a stuck record here on Bsky - clever squirrel who giggles and hugs, happy to be super grown up and go to the potty, and I think Simon is adorable. But maybe I still haven't said that enough and need to do it more. Did YOU know I'm a clever big squirrel? ^.^

My most used word on Bluesky is apparently "clever", closely followed by "hugs", "squirrel" and "giggle". ^.^

Little Daffy Duck tells us he's potty-trained (for the most part). Wearing a bow tie, shirt and waistcoat - nothing on the lower half of his body, as usual, but he's holding a diaper in his hand. ^.^

Little known Baby Looney Tunes fact - Bugs was apparently out of diapers before Daffy. One of the interstitial songs ("Over in the Burrow") has a diapered duck and big-kid bunny! ^.^

Aaaaaaah! I won a prize for drawing at Hello Furries Everywhere and it was the best show ever! And before that I went to the spelling bee and it was really fun but there was only one question about Alvin and the Chipmunks and everyone said I should have gone to Furry Card where there were lots! ^.^

Look look loooook! The weather in Britain suddenly turned into summer today, and I got a Tavi tag to celebrate! Splash time with the beachball! ^.^

Tavi tag - Zee-Zee is in the big outdoor paddling pool, wearing just his swim trainers (not a swim diaper, though it does look just like one) and armbands. With his back to us, he turns around to wink with a big smile as he holds a rainbow striped beachball!

I love him so much! I'm sorry I keep going on about it, but Simon being just so perfectly nearly-but-not-quite-grown-up just makes my heart melt every time! Here he is, making a romantic meal for his crush, and being adorable. ^.^

Simon and Theodore are in the kitchen, both wearing chef hats and aprons. Simon is holding a wooden spoon and giving Theodore a taste of the stew from the saucepan in front of them. Theo is also wearing oven gloves, and is carefully appraising the flavour.

Simon is at the kitchen counter, with a rolling pin to roll out some pastry. He points to it a little uncertainly, as Theodore watches with a serious expression. There are a couple of eggshells lying on the counter too.

Squirrels only bite tough things that are good to gnaw. If we bite you, we're just checking whether you're the right kind of thing to nibble. Good big squirrels know not to bite people even if they're being rude and saying you need diapers when you really obviously don't
