had a gang of mates in EDI, all football fans of various not successful sides, one yr, West Ham made the FA Cup final v Liverpool, one of our gang, a WH fan. he'd never seen them in a final. he was excited and sick with nerves. They blew it. he was distraught. All but one of us were sympathic /

@brianwoolfinder.bsky.social been trying to train this fella to stay close , apparently repeating commands that he ignores is bad. The Mrs says you need another command to say "do what I just told you", my new command for him when hes not listening is to shout "LAD!" to reset him. Thanks for that
