WIP update, back to this triptych for my Pamplisest series after almost a month.

Regarding the Ganesh in my pamplisest series, it is a Balinese bone carving gifted to me close to 40 years ago. Its symbolism as both a remover of obstacles and master of serpents has held potent meaning as well. I lived in Indonesia in 87-88, which has held tremendous influence in my life.

It’s hot today! Called for some chill mock sushi rolls. Really hit the spot!! Canned albacore, seasoned jasmine rice, slices of avocado, cucumber, carrot and pickled ginger. Next hot day I am going to do some more.

Duuude…been missing some lasagna! This one is a use it up mix of burgundy beef cheeks, pasta primavera veggies, Cento San Marzano tomatoes, eggplant, ricotta, a few cheeses and red sauce in the bottom snd alfredo on top. Can’t wait to see how it worked. Or didn’t 😅 #UsingSpices ☺️
