Vintage racing weekend (not at Woodward, other side of the state) is pretty chill. Ice cream truck comes around to flag stations for worker break, which is pretty unique.
Love to argue with a Cyrix processor, pneumatic logic, and leaky hoses to undo one bolt in order to learn if I've bought a boat anchor. (I didn't, thankfully.)

In summer, I like to decompress by standing unusually close to racecars at speed while waving safety flags (sometimes using light panels). This week, I'm doing that on the streets of Detroit. As a fun bonus, I get to mentor/train some novices at their first Pro event. It's pretty rad. (And warm.)

and, in searching for the article and finding the graph, the x values at each point are obscured in the hover, while the y values are visible. luckily, if I inspect the graph object, I find the x axis title I was looking for: "a log scale with values from 1 to 16"

Both cars wear other alternative liveries, too. Sometimes, the GT car is "Roxy" (one of my favorites, easiest car to spot through a catchfence, a blessing at Detroit), and both get "Spooky" liveries for Petit Le Mans (in October).
They also race Orecas in LMP2. (Sure, Sonny wasn't in a prototype, but stick with me.) The Oreca is a dragon. At Daytona this year, it's wearing its alternative gold scale livery.
