What does the preliminary injunction do?
The injunction prevents the Idaho attorney general and all 44 county prosecutors from enforcing HB 752 in two circumstances: first, any single-user restroom, and second, multi-user restrooms when there are no single-user options on the same floor.

In other words, starting July 1, trans people in Idaho will be able to use single-user restrooms consistent with their gender identity and multi-user restrooms when a single-user restroom is not available (including when it is occupied).
