Oh dang, I would’ve loaned you my copy(ies) if I knew you haven’t got around to it. I remember seeing it on my local horror tv hosted show, Fright Nite Theater, back in the very early 90s when I was a kid and loved it. So glad you got to it! It’s a fun sci-fi horror! 😊
It was damn good! Yeah, you gotta get fresh rice noodles for it. Don’t try to cook it when it’s cold. It won’t come out right. You gotta pretty much make it the same day that you buy it. That’ll give you the best results. This is the one that I buy.
Yes, shrimp/seafood is a staple for most Asian dishes. So good! For chow fun tips, I say, try to slightly char up the rice noodles. It gives it a nice smokiness to it. Go easy on the sesame oil. Its nutty flavor can be a bit overpowering. Cook it on a wok. I think this pic is from last year. 😊
Yeah, chicken be like that! I was using drumsticks. It’s always best to use dark meat for adobo. I present to you, pork adobo with hard boiled eggs. Green onions for garnish.
