My wife doesn’t care to gnaw the remaining meat off of bones from T-bone steaks, chicken, pork chops, etc. I, however, love to gnaw, so she gives them to me and I think they would motivate me to bless your crops or leave you alone should you pass through my realm.

I’m working up proper sweats at the gym now! I’ve been walking 8500 steps regularly for a while, but made the switch to elliptical on highest resistance. Funny thing is it’s been great for my voice despite being more intense! Walking was actively weakening my voice for whatever reason.

Got my first long hair trim! Just tamed the sides, back and big old poof I get in the front. Otherwise, we’re just leaving it all alone to grow now!
Another new thing I’m doing is letting my hair grow out for the first time. This is about the longest I’ve ever let it get. But I’ve learned a lot good curly hair care recently and looking forward to seeing what I get! I’ll take bets now! Fro or Mane!
I realized most of you have never seen my beardless! I like to have to fresh start every few years, but I actually think I’m gonna keep it off a while. You may know I’ve been on a weight loss journey. I realized I was kind of hiding behind my beard and want to make my jawline good again. 😁
