Well seen as Insta is down and I can’t post it there, I’ll have to be a running wanker on here instead this morning. Really good, comfortable, 8.5km run today. The lower temperature really helps me. Also, no aches and pains.
True love is when your partner goes out but leaves you a custard slice and a Desperado to have whilst he’s out.
There was a time when I felt completely at odds with my own body, so going for a run through the park wearing this feels like more than just a clothing choice. My confidence has been building for a while, but today it felt like it reached a high. I felt comfortable, visible and genuinely good.
I’ve neglected the fruit & veg garden so much this year due to one thing or another but still managed to get a bumper haul of rhubarb today and enough currants to do……something with.
