Today is the last day of operation for Kumba at BGT. I’m sad that I only ever got to ride Kumba once. I liked it a lot, but feel cheated out of the true appreciation a lot of enthusiasts had for this ride. Excited to see what Kumba’s Revenge is all about though!

The DareDeviler is now open at Canada’s Wonderland! The new trains are sooo much better. The ride still has some janky spots, so don’t go expecting it to be butter smooth. I think the roughness adds character though, and it’s not painful.

Days like today always remind me of 2023 and Tundra Twister Media Day. The wildfires and smoke made for some cool photos – but it was a true reflection on our privilege, as despite the bad air quality, we were still able to enjoy a day at the park.

On Saturday, I had to say goodbye to Canada’s Wonderland as they took their final bow for the 2025 season. It’s always hard to go four months without being able to visit this place, but I’m so grateful for all the memories the 2025 season brought me.
