The EU is secretly building a new
abduction coordination center in
Benghazi, Eastern Libya. The EU will
call it “Rescue Coordination Center” -
but this is not about rescuw

People fleeing war, torture, and
poverty are intercepted at sea and —
forced back to Libya where many will
face crimes against humanity.

A rescue is only a rescue if people
reach safety. Libya is not safe.

This system already exists in
Western Libya.

Here's how it works:
1. People pay
to escape.
2. Militias paid by
the EU intercept
them at sea.
3. They are locked up, tortured,
and forced to pay again for
their release.
4. Back to 1.

People sometimes go through this
cycle more than 10 times.

The EU keeps funding this cycle, even
though it knows the consequences.

Now the same model is expanding to
Eastern Libya.

The EU is working with forces linked
to warlord Khalifa Haftar, despite
years of documented violence and
alleged crimes against humanity.

These groups shoot at people at sea.
At the same time,
the EU gives them money, training,
and (the word 'legitimacy' is strike-through).

THIS IS
OUTSOURCING
OF VIOLENCE.

More walls do not save lives.
More militarization does not stop
people from fleeing —it only makes
journeys deadlier and suffering more
profitable

After the Pylos shipwreck killed more
than 600 people, the EU had a choice:

protect human life or deepen this
abusive system. They don't only
deepen it, they are expanding it.
