I was losing my mind trying to debug this issue! I eventually had to move the audio files into a separate pack to make it work. Thank you for fixing this.
modrinth.com/news/article... Here is the owner's comment on Reddit about the situation:
This is a wild change to sneak into pre-release 5. I also wildly dislike it, because it means: - Command blocks/functions still cannot change default game mode - The same command now silently has different behavior based on something that isn't clear - We are unlikely to see it fixed (pre5 is late)
Timeless Adventures 1.2 is out now with support for Vibrant Visuals, Hardcore mode, and all the latest drops! See all the new features: youtu.be/KC0lm8pCgIc
It's almost the exact same situation with walls. Thankfully, slabs and stairs at least have oxidized copper and warped wood, but still, where is sky blue? Where is purple??
It's still wild that there are so many bricks in Minecraft now, and only ONE is in a cool color, which doesn't even use a square brick style. Can we not have deep blue bricks? Green bricks? Purple? So many gorgeous options are missing :(
Here are more examples of what not to do. I would much rather have an actual description of what Fullscreen means for me. What is the Safe Area? What happens to TNT entities when this setting is disabled? Does disabling "Render Clouds" affect game mechanics like Happy Ghast regen?
I hate to harp on small things, but the "funny" descriptions in the new settings menu really irk me. Settings descriptions should be informative! Tell me what the settings do, especially when the name is as vague as "Fancy Leaves". They almost feel AI-generated, like the AI didn't have any context.
Can you explain what this means? Is there a new world generation option for single biome worlds?
That moment when Microsoft's AI suggestions are so dumb they actually wrap around to being useful again I have an ultrawide (3440x1440) monitor that no reasonable person would ever run in 2560x1440... but since I want 16:9 screenshots for Minecraft packs, I use this setting occasionally.
This is a veeeeery dramatic change that I really don't like. The old black dots looked like natural fur; the new ones look like my horse has caught the Black Death
Before anyone gets too excited, this feature is NOT describing customizable Ore UI. This is an update to the Script API UI features, which are used in a lot of Marketplace Add-Ons.
I'm excited to announce the next Java and Console Aspects update is feature-complete! All that's left to finish now is: - Updated Textures (Console Aspects) - Compatibility Mode (Both packs) - Credits and Feature List updates - In-game custom tab - Webpage The update will release in a few days!
This Patch also contains some highly-requested fixes for the base Festive Mash-up, like re-adding the animations that were forgotten when the pack was converted from Console Edition to Bedrock.
I am super excited to announce the first release of the Festive Mash-up Patch! This pack is a continuation of the Festive Mash-up by 4J Studios, with new textures for features added after the original pack was discontinued. A link to my video overview is in the reply below!
Mojang simply cannot resist the Microsoftian urge to ship features before they're ready, in incomplete states, with tons of negative feedback. Why is Bedrock Edition cursed in this way?
It turns out, making "S" and "5" look identical in the MinecraftTen font was a bad idea
Merry Christmas, everyone! I wanted to record a quick update on three different projects I've been working on. I would have loved to get these projects out sooner (today, for example), but it won't be long now for any of them. Here's the video: youtu.be/dpGFp90SB6M
Adding vertical split-screen support to Aspects is important for Timeless Adventures, but man does the development process look silly
I have -1 hours on Minecraft for Windows now after playing for thousands of hours. This is the sign of a well-made game.
There's something extra funny about this versioning error because this is the first time Mojang has used the new system, and it's already broken
