and after doing some research, I ended up deciding on the 5600x. Since I'm doing mostly gaming and some light productivity stuff whenever I decide to make content, that seemed like the best bang for my buck. After some liquid courage, I hit the buy button and it'll be here tomorrow! (6/9)
It's beautiful! I've been wanting to add this to my collection ever since I first played this game back in 2018. It's the first video game soundtrack I remember going to Spotify to try and find. It's such an amazing soundtrack, and I'm so excited to finally own this!
Happy Friday to me!!! It was a crazy coincidence for me because I just learned that he's coming to Grand Rapids this morning when I saw a post on Facebook about it. The other coincidence is I just took that week off of work, so I took that as a sign that I was meant to go to this concert!

I remember having a great time with Watch Dogs 2 until I ran into a game breaking bug. Even after saving and quitting, they were all still there. Haven't played since. Definitely need to give it another go at some point.
Finally got my Steam Controller purchase to go through last night! I had a hell of a time trying to buy it though. I tried buying it around like yesterday and instead of continuing to payment, it'd just refresh the cart page. I have no clue how long I spent just clicking that button because (1/3)

Finally rolled credits for the first time on Ocarina of Time! Having never owned an N64, this was always one of those games I just dabbled in at friends' houses, but never fully beat on my own. Feels really good to have this one under my belt now. On to Majora's Mask!

Just got home from seeing Mando and Grogu. It was a very solid and enjoyable movie! We got to see Mando doing his bounty hunting thing, my boi Zeb, a buff Hutt, and Sigourney Weaver pilot an X-wing. To all the people complaining that this movie is just the show, I have one thing to say...
Yeah, I got the 4k texture pack, and seeing this game with that and 144+ fps is awesome!
It's finally nice enough to go to the park by my place after work and get a walk in. Felt great especially after a crazy day and my brain is just dead.

Woke up to this email this morning... As much as I hate paying that much, I tend to look at it as more than just YouTube ad free. So essentially $8 for ad free and $8 for music streaming isn't a terrible deal.
Kind of in between games at the moment, so it's been nice watching some movies to occupy my time instead.
Never heard of this before seeing this post today, but had to give it a try. Definitely need some more practice, but I'm in!!!
Ended up getting the PS5 Pro before the price hike tomorrow. I had to get it from Costco, so the bundle had an extra controller for $50 extra, but no joke, everywhere around me was sold out of this. Excited to mess around with it this weekend!
I've been on a huge roguelike/lite kick lately. Might be time to boot this back up again...
