It's cute to see republicans say Joe Lombardo's "I'm Joe Lombardo" quote isn't news, but we're only 3 days into Bart Simpson's "I didn't do it" craze. We have a few more campaign weeks until Lombardo's "woozle wozzle" moment. People just aren't sick of the "I'm Joe Lombardo" thing yet. Ride it out.
Nevada's campaign finance reports are out! If you're wondering how many dues dollars John Vellardita's Strategic Horizons spent to go 0-2 in contested legislative primaries: $2.42 million. #NVLeg
How Governor Lombardo looks at police officers after being pulled over for running a red light.

I spent an hour last night in my bedroom talking to Fiorello LaGuardia and he's been dead for 40 years. Now where are the Ghostbusters?
Well, I don't know if Mitch McConnell is dead, but irony sure is.
Americans are enjoying the World Cup too much, let’s have trump meddle in it.
Top of the 2nd and the entire stadium is already booing the Yankees... Something something metaphor something something
Is that what happened to Governor Lombardo and Steve Hill? Were they duped? Or did they just willingly sponsor the trump event barely anyone attended with public money? 🤔
Anybody know how much Governor Lombardo, Steve Hill, et al paid the trump folks for a Las Vegas exhibit at the state fair no one went to?
@superdaly.bsky.social living rent-free in Gavin Newsom's head... Still getting name-checked as a progressive foe despite finishing his last term in 2011.
Well, it was certainly implied during John Fisher's sales pitch to dupe Nevada politicians out of $380 million in public money. Oh, and then there's this headline from October 2024 that literally says it was their goal. So much public money. So many moving goalposts. So little transparency.
<narrator> Rafael Cruz slipped on the jersey, having lost another bet, as he often did. And the New York Knicks didn’t win another championship for 53 years. The end.
You'd think after spending so much time with Hollywood executives, Lombardo's folks would know how to spot a bad actor. One of the workers featured in their attack ad against Aaron Ford admits he had no firsthand knowledge of the allegations, was paid to participate, and voted for Ford...
