If you’re in need of a little serenity here’s a short video of a monarch butterfly enjoying some lantana flowers on my patio while birds sing in the background.
Good morning from me and the lantana flowers on our patio that the local deer do not like to eat. (Unlike pretty much everything else I’ve tried growing in these planters.)
Not positive, but I think maybe some of the wildflower seeds Mom gave me might have survived our hungry backyard deer and produced actual flowers.

It was a chaotic day here that included hanging up old aluminum siding that got blown off by the wind and breaking down boxes so old they were advertising the Fire Phone, but at least now there’s a rainbow out there.
