he also makes cutting boards, coasters, chopstick holders, earrings, bracelets, knife handles, game boards (chess/checkers and pinochle), lamp bases, picture frames, and what he calls "quilts" (which are the star shaped mosaics). 4/x

more shelves with wooden treasures on them, this time there's a pair of hourglasses on the top shelf along with a lamp with a wooden base, then a selection of wood handles knives, and more jewelry boxes

it's more a question of what doesn't he make. here's a portion of what he had on display at a recent show 3/x

a set of shelves full of woodworking pieces. the top shelf has rectangular wooden funeral urns and a lamp with a handmade wooden base, the shelves below mostly hold wooden jewelry boxes of various sizes and shapes. One has the lid open to reveal the velvet-lined interior. There's several hand-made wooden canes in the foreground.

more wooden wares, including some necklaces on the top shelf, draped over slices of trees, another lamp, a small piece of wood decorated with two delicate wooden butterflies. the lower shelves hold more jewelry boxes, a wooden mosaic in the shape of a star, some music boxes, and you get another glimpse of the canes.

another square wooden box, this one made of the hawaiian wood koa, which is reddish brown with a strong grain

the inside of that same box, with a bracelet and two pairs of stud earrings on paper backing inside, as well as a small jewelry pouch.

the same box, opened, revealing a velvet-lined jewelry tray, with the spaces in the shape of an X, with earrings and pendants in it for scale. i forgot the quarter, y'all, I'm sorry. The top tray lifts off and reveals a lower layer without dividers.

Shiny mail days are the best! Thing2 ran off w/ the Becky sticker as soon as I opened the tissue 😂 & they LOVE their ammolite ring. The bracelet is for me, & the rock quartz ring will be my Thing1's first ever ring. Thank you, @peculiarityshop.bsky.social for helping me bring joy to my rainbow kids!

while filming MIDNIGHT SPECIAL he befriended the director's dog & would frequently be seen sharing food with it

A pair of photos, side by side, of Adam Driver from behind the scenes of MIDNIGHT SPECIAL, sharing his lunch with the director's dog. The camera is behind him and to his left, so we only see the left side of his body, a peek of his left ear, and the back left of his face, but it's recognizably Adam. He's dressed in his Paul Sevier costume, including the glasses, sitting in a "director's chair" as he eats a slice of pizza while watching the filming monitor. On his lap is a small black dog with a muzzle going white with age. In the first photo, they're draped over the crook of Adam's left arm, which is holding the pizza, looking directly at the camera, as Adam gently scritches the back of their neck with his right hand. In the second photo, Adam has lowered his left hand so that the dog can delicately take a bite off the end of the pizza, while Adam continues to gently scritch the back of their neck with his right hand as Adam keeps watching the monitor.
