A small win 😁🥳 I was having trouble changing my name with NatWest, and following a complaint have managed to get their policy changed from requiring 2 signatures on a deed poll to 1 signature. This now aligns with what the government require for a passport 😊

A response letter from NatWest regarding a compliant changing my legal name with a deed poll

"I can confirm that after bringing this issue to our attention the banks process for name changes is being change as the bank are aware that more deed poll companies are only using one signature, and therefore the banks process is being aligned with government guidelines"
