I broke out this blouse for the first time in a while and I’m just not sure I feel it anymore.
I’m Alyssa, I turn 50 in a couple of months, and started estrogen at 44. There’s still time.
The good: at the cottage for a couple of weeks. The bad: Lost my wallet at the grocery store. Fingers crossed it turns up.

5 years and I still feel stress about going to the informal networking stuff for the actuarial meetings.
No mountains in my hotel view but better than many of the hotel views I have had over the years.
Picture of a woman who got through her twice annual big meeting for reserve changes without any issues or problems, and is bow decompressing. It’s sad that most of the time I know I’m a damn good actuary but these meetings come along and I stress for a week that it’s going to be a disaster.

Happy Friday from the exhausted woman who has had weird dreams and struggles sleeping the last two nights. Seriously, last night I dreamt I woke up at 8:30 and the alarm hadn’t gone off for either my wife or I so everyone was late, only to wake up again and see it was 5:15.
Follow up appointment for the zepbound today. If he bumps up the dose I’m not looking forward to 2-3 weeks of side effects.
