Reorganized my sister and I's books! There's a ton more that don't fit neatly in these shelves and I swear half of this is a TBR pile. I think I want to move a bunch of the reference/non-fiction to a different spot, & I put all my manga in a storage tote so we could fit all the T Kingfisher together

A bookshelf full of books of all sizes and colors. Highlights include: most of the Wings of Fire series, a collection of D&D manuals across several versions, a bunch of sci-fi short story anthologies and other sff books, paleo-art and geology reference books, animation & storytelling books, and a little goat plushie sitting next to a raptor figure on top of Jurassic Park & The Lost World.

I'm tying fancy little knots making some omamori tokens for an SCA thing coming up and the cats REALLY want to help. And I can't really blame them because, understandably, they're like 'why jingle bell and string if not for cat?'

Borrowed some chickens from a friend to help with the grasshoppers this year. It's been a learning process but they're fun & now I'm attached to them 😅 uh oh. My mom has really been enjoying having chickens. The past few days have been pretty hot so I brought them out some frozen strawberry tops 🍓

Lovely to see people coming out to demonstrate in the Springs! Everything always feels like it's up in Denver, great to see so many people here too. It gives me a lot of hope, I loved the live drum kit someone brought and the clever signs that made me laugh. We all deserve joy in these times

I've regularly been seeing chalk 'graffiti' on the bike path behind my house at least. It wears off and gets replaced with new phrases every so often. Gives me a little hope, but you're right that most people just don't know what's going on

The weather here was super nice yesterday and today, which means the winter storm warning will be arriving any minute now lol (this is not pessimism, just the way our weather works in winter) Went for a couple nice walks, enjoyed the sunshine. The cats have been enjoying it too

I like a bunch of Bibigo's products, their vegetable dumplings are tasty and I like their chicken bulgogi ones as well if chicken is an option. If so, I also really like Wow Bao's teriyaki chicken bao. I've seen both brands at Costco and Kroger
