Sad but necessary self-care: had to cancel my trip to #ECCC this week for health reasons. I’m so grateful to be cared for, but I’ll miss y’all 🥺😭
Since xmas I’ve been struggling to breathe and move. Viral tests neg. Reactive airways is a broad, temp diagnosis so more tests are needed. I mask/sani/rinse everyday but nowhere’s fully safe from harmful particles. No one person’s hypervigilance is ever enough. It’s so exhausting and scary.
