I had a very vocal Siamese once (RIP Tazzy, my feline soulmate) and can see the connection. She would also get mad and destroy stuff if anything upset her, which a lot of things did. I miss her so much. (Cat tax attached)

I didn’t realize until after that the famous Nazi fuck’s birthday is also today, but Happy 3rd Arbitrary Birthday to my dog, Tallulah! My wife and I picked it for the weed joke since we know she was born in mid-April. I think this is the more important birthday.
(I genuinely think The Wire is the best TV show ever made, have watched it at least 7 times, have read that book, have listened to an episode by episode podcast deep dive, and have a copy of the Blu-ray signed by Seth Gilliam. I probably know more about the show than I ought to)

V-Day dinner. Salmon filets, potatoes, Brussels sprouts with pecans, and fresh bread. Paired with a lovely Chardonnay.
I lost my cat in December of 2024. Tazzy had been my bedrock through COVID and a divorce and cuddled against me in bed every night. After she passed away from cancer I was distraught and heartbroken. I adopted another cat six weeks later, but that doesn’t make me a bad person.
I’m so excited to dive into #theexpanse #TTRPG after this fantastic gift from my wife today!

I’ve met a tame raccoon at a wildlife rescue (she can’t survive in the wild due to health problems) and she climbed onto my head and cleaned the inside of my ear. Her name is Giz and she’s my friend.
Her name is Giz and she has to live at the rescue due to health problems.
I met one at a wildlife rescue that was incredibly sweet and curious. Licked all over my face.
It’s amazing that I still miss my late cat, Tazzy, so much it hurts even 10 months later. I’ll never forget my Baby Girl. Obligatory Cat Tax.
