It's been a lovely day at the beach. I've walked many, many steps and now that I'm home It's time to put my feet up and have a glass of wine. 😌

This seat is supposed to be a carving of a dragon but looks decidedly phallic to me! 🤔

I've been weeding and pressure washing the path all afternoon and I'm hot, sweaty, and absolutely filthy. Time for a bath, I think. 🛀

Went to Cheltenham Pride today. Lovely atmosphere and lots of people there. Shame the weather was a bit wet, but it didn't dampen anyone's spirits. 🏳️‍🌈

Here's the result of my day of baking. Multi-coloured buttercream iced cupcakes. It would have been quicker if the cakes weren't coloured too, but where's the fun in that?

All the aches and pains aside, it was definitely worth all the effort. The garden is looking much better.

I was so busy cooking, eating, then clearing up, that I forgot to post this earlier. The curry wasn't as hot as I intended but tasted great nonetheless.

Just bought stuff to make a curry and then remembered we went out for one only a couple of nights ago. Ah well, there's no such thing as too much curry. 🍛🍴😋

Felt quite lethargic earlier so I took myself off for a walk around Cheddar Reservoir. It was nice to be out in the sun but the wind was a little chilly.

Had a nice day in Gloucester with the hubby. Bought two new pairs of shoes on sale and found a replacement glass in a charity shop which is identical to the one that broke last week. All in all, it was a good day. 😃
