Back home and back at it! 🏃 Stand out songs were the whole of Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys - My Chemical Romance 🎶 It's nearly 15 years old, which makes me feel ancient, but it reminds me that I'm much healthier mentally and physically than I ever could have imagined at 21.
Taking the weekend off so this is the last run of the week! Felt pretty good, but it was already starting to get a bit too warm. Time to rehydrate, beer is good for that, right? Stand out song was Hot Wet Delirious - Rebecca Black 🎶

Wednesday run ✅. Felt really good, but it did get a bit warm towards the end. Probably should have gone out slightly earlier, but coffee is more important. Had to have a little sit down afterwards. Stand out song was Gatto Gelato - Alison Goldfrapp 🎶
I had bananas that were quickly ripening so what do we do? We put them in cake! This time it was chocolate and banana muffins. I made 12 and no, I'm not sharing 🤗.
Just woke up from a nap. Is it a bit late? Maybe. Will I regret it later? Possibly. Do I feel damn good after it? Definitely.
Went for a run slightly later than I wanted to today. Wasn't too bad for the first half, had to slow down in the second though because I was getting a bit warm 🥵. Stand out song was Little Sister - Queens of the Stone Age 🎶

We've had this bee hotel for a couple of years and nothing has happened. This year, however, leafcutter bees have started putting their eggs in the tubes and sealing them up! We're growing bees... I'm going to bee a daddy! 🥰🐝
