The hot weather means early dog walks. I am very lucky to live just a few minutes walk from the remains of a Roman amphitheatre. It's not quite the Coliseum but it's still fabulous and makes for a lovely morning stroll with the hound.

As I might’ve mentioned a few times (ahem), I was lucky enough to be able to watch England play Panama in New York on Saturday. It was an amazing weekend, and one of the things I loved most was the positive message that the team gave about the benefits of immigration.

Yes, we were at the game. It was a great day.
