You have it backwards. Gamergate and the "manosphere" are just online expressions of the same snake oil the media has been selling to boys for generations all the way back to (and likely before) the Charles Atlas ads in comic books
I hate ICE and what they are doing as much as the next guy, but this is too far. I want to see criminal sanctions for those who broke the law and professional consequences for anyone who works there. But no one should live in fear and we must hold ourselves to a higher standard than them
