Saw this with my own eyes during a mouse plague in SA & it was just enchanting!
made quince butter today - will finish off the wheel barrow tomorrow. Think I’ll just poach & jar the rest
oh hang on - here - I grew these, then I stuffed them, then we ate them 🤣🤣
I don’t have a pet for reasons, but I do have a pet project. My garden. will that do?
Allegra was brilliant. By the way Dave - this popped as sokn as I hit reply lol
Hobbit vibes from my garden. In the 1960’s my parents propagated a fig tree in their yard in Adelaide. They moved & planted the cutting in their new home 170 km away. I made a cutting from that new tree in 2015 & here are some of the figs! A First Nations lady helped me make this reed basket
This thing just arrived. I think it’s going to change my life! No more ladders trying to dust light shades, rafters, curtain rods, door frames, it extends surprisingly far! So far so good!
Thank you to everyone who commented on this weather forecast 👇 I have since found it is for NSW - Menindee & Wilcannia & not my area because I wasn’t sent the top of the report. Nevertheless, we still have a heatwave but low 40’s. Now I’m feeling for NSW what everyone felt for me. Dreadful!
