Tonight’s experiment was slow cooker honey garlic chicken.

When stressed we get this idea all things are hard & time consuming. Not all meals that look it are hard or time consuming. Feta dip I made previously, pesto, salami, rocket, pesto, red onion, spritzed with balsamic vinegar on toasted focaccia for lunch when stressed today.
