from my last birthday there in 2019, hiking in nu’uanu which is one of the most sacred places on earth
i read 106 books this year and these were my favorites. most of them are very queer. and birnam wood is the best portrayal of lefty organizing I’ve ever read, to the point where i was laughing out loud at parts! anyway, don’t let anyone tell you literature is dead. it’s alive and well.

we saw the springsteen movie together and then came home and listened to her original press vinyl copy of nebraska
got to go to a six course dinner at lost creek farm in west virginia last night and it was 100% incredible. highly recommend if you can get a ticket. they sell out very fast.
