Current state of Chicago: head out the door and later realize "Crap, forgot my whistle" Also: multiple unmarked cop SUVs (m20286 + non muni plates) w/sirens speeding west on Lawrence, and more unmarked SUVs going west on I-90. And I see at least one FPS vehicle every time I'm on the highway now
