i wrote a famicom disk system test program that attempts to read more data from disk during the initial/boot cycle it works on most emulators and an fdskey, but it keeps failing in... interesting ways on a real disk/drive (sometimes it also corrupts/blanks the screen graphics and plays sound)

Feasibility Investigation
