My youngest daughter has wanted to try Japanese Cloud (Souffle) pancakes for a while so today I tried my hand at making them. They're not the prettiest because I didn't have enough fat in my steel pan and they got stuck, but I can confirm they are really fucking delicious.
Look, much as I like seeing a good node graph it really doesn't tell you anything. Yeah, that's a lot of nodes but like back in 2016 I did this. Is it more or less impressive? It's, uh, both.

Reading Dungeon Crawler Carl book 4 and just got to a Back to the Future reference on the same day as my family gave me this as a Father's Day present? Perfection.
