1) The tenday's recipe is a perfect summer morningfeast of spiced yogurt, veggies, and eggs. The recipe comes from the Hog Hill farm-to-table eatery just north of Ravens Bluff in the Vast. Recipe in the next post. #Dnd #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms...
The tenday's recipe is coming from the Domains of Dread - Vistana Mamliga, brought to Toril by the hin Vistani in the late 14th century. A greasy, delicious mash of cornmeal, cheese, spices-perfect for dipping. #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms #Ravenloft recipe in the next tweet.
And another #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms #Dnd recipe is done. We are going to the Moonsea North this time around - Hulburgan Mulled Red (Sembian Red) is a mulled wine, spiced and spiked – a common slake in the Vast, Moonsea North, and Cormyr as well as Sembia. Recipe below:
The tenday's recipe brings us back to #BaldursGate – Dippin' Soup, made famous by Brother Donnick of the Open Hand Temple in Rivington. Serve with seedbread topped with crisped-up aged cheese. #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms #Dnd #BG3 (by @larianstudios.com). Recipe in the next post:
Drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle of herbs. Done. Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue’s Artichoke Spread is done. The recipe is delicious, just needs some minor seasoning and spice adjustment. #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms #Dnd
Adding basil last and just pulsing to mix. Also grilling some bread. Almost done now.
Then adding in lemon zest and ricotta and seasonings and spices and a couple of more pulses to combine.
Peeling the pepper, then pulsing together pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Parmesan and parsley.
A quick recipe test run for Aurora’s Artichoke Spread from Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue. I’ll start by draining artichokes and rehydrating sun-dried tomatoes. #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms #Dnd
Topping with cooked eggs, turnip crisps, and a spoonful of fresh egg yolk. #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms - Summer Chowder from Phlan. Should be served with quail eggs, is available.
Cream goes in and final seasoning adjustment and simmer in low not to break it. I do not have quail eggs so chickens’ will have to do. #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
Stock and herbs go in next. Followed by spices and seasonings. Zucchini goes in last. Now simmer for a bit and add cream. It is quite liquid but you can always fix it by adding and cooking it with more flour #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
Corn and flour go in for a bit before adding in liquids and spices and herbs. #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
This tenday’s - making summer chowder from the city of Phlan. Starting w diced onions, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, mildly spicy peppers. All needs to be sweated and coated in butter or oil. (If need to be thick, add flour after to coat evenly) #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
Completely raced past my personal anniversary- 1 year since I began fixing myself, body&mind. Was a wild ride. But for once I'll be proud of the hard work. One step at a time. And yes, celebrated with 2 tubs of locally made delicious ice cream! If I could do it, so can you.
Poor old thing can’t jump anymore so I have to pull her up and down the couch when she wants to be close.
The tenday's recipe is a long one-Black Dwarvish Mead from #IcewindDale, flavored with caramelized honey, citrus rind, black cardamom, long pepper, and wood chips. Aged for three months to mellow out the spice and flavor. #Dnd #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms Link follows 1/

And it’s done. My mouth is burnt but was worth it. Spicy Red Dragon Sauce of the Mulani people of Thay. Spread on grilled bread or dip some crackers into it. But be careful. It’s spicy!! #Cooking in #ForgottenRealms #Dnd
When it’s heat through, cheese melted and everything is incorporated - topping with some cheese, breadcrumbs, bacon drippings, and bacon bits and bake for 10 mins and finish for a few seconds under a broiler. #Cooking in the #dnd #ForgottenRealms
Bacon, Mexican crema, and shredded pecorino cheese go in next. A couple tablespoons of water too - gets too thick. Now mix and heat through. #dbd #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
Coking spinach, then taking it out and sautéing onions, peppers. Then adding in cooked spinach l, spices, scallions… #Dnd #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
Continuing the Mulani cuisine theme from the last recipe - testing the recipe for the Red Dragon Sauce, derived from Frikadeller recipe. Base of creamed spinach and a bunch of hot peppers! #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
Rest day and cheat day canceled. Also… how is last summer’s farmer’s tan still on me?
A whole loaf, toasted or grilled, rubbed with garlic and topped with a mixture of veggies, herbs, spices, dill, and crumbled bacon. A typical diet-cheap morningfeast from Zhentil Keep #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
Toasting or grilling dark bread and rubbing it with garlic. Then mixing all the veggies and oil and seasonings, and we are basically all set #dnd #Cooking in the #ForgottenRealms
