yet a neighborhood house has at least 5 people living in it along with 23 animals many in cages 24/7 in the yard a female cat who recently had a 2nd litter (idk#) but first litter is 5 plus dad cat & a orange senior cat that seems to be on life 9 of 9. Animal control does nothing. So we feed cats.
