The most important thing I included wasn’t something you could buy. It was a handwritten letter. I wanted each person to know they’re seen, valued, and that there are people who believe in them.
A few more snacks to round out the care package. Just another way of saying: “I hope today is a little better than yesterday.”
Two Pokémon booster packs. Maybe they’ll pull their favorite Pokémon. Maybe they’ll discover a new one. Either way, I hope they make a memory they’ll keep.
A little sweetness. Life isn’t always easy, but I hope these small treats bring a smile, even if it’s only for a moment.
A Slim Jim. Just a simple snack to help brighten someone’s day. Sometimes it’s the little things that remind us someone cares.
Every care package started with a Pokémon tin. Something they can keep long after the snacks are gone. A reminder that new adventures and memories can begin anywhere.

As a kid, I was fascinated by this Gastly because it gained HP for every Psychic Energy. With no Weaknesses, to me it was impossible to defeat. Looking back, I'm sure reality was less exciting. But I've always liked cards that make you wonder, "What if?" #CardsWorthRepeating
