We had a bit of a successful fishing trip this afternoon.
Here’s another: Trey Burton. Played everything from QB to FB, WR, TE at UF. Once scored six touchdowns in a game against Kentucky.
The last stretch of my commute home. Very little rush hour traffic.
Just finished this one. Set (mostly) in France in WWI rather than the South as you’d typically expect. I liked it. As with a lot of Faulkner you can’t go into it expecting to understand it all. It’s a bit like looking at a piece of abstract art.

@mrsemilyfinch.bsky.social has done something I never ever thought about - gone and cut palmetto fronds from our woods and used them to decorate. I think it turned out pretty cool. What do y’all think?
