Huge nerd. Sings and codes, not necessarily in that order. Not big on own pronouns, happy to respect yours. Leave my trans brothers and sisters alone.
The entire thing feels aimed directly at me, but this section makes me want to find the writer and demand to know where the cameras are.
Have a cat! (And a dog who was probably thinking "how do I get out of this without being murdered?", which was always a good question with that particular 6 lb Tortie.)
If you see this, we implore you to post a picture from whatever device you're using without explanation.
I'm enjoying this book a great deal. (The Lord of the Wood, @elizmanderson.com)
Just started @elizmanderson.com's The Lord of the Wood, and already enjoying it.
Cleaning out my desk and found a relic of a long-past age. (I think I was in the last class in my high school district to require us to learn how to use one of these.)
Dinner. (Spinach, garlic, mushrooms, garlic, feta cheese, and garlic. Oh, and mozzarella. And garlic.)
I've variously expressed mine as "none of this makes any sense", "I don't want to talk about this", "go away", and whatever this button is, depending on my level of hostility at the time.
This, but the ice is breaking up and guys keep hitting it with hammers.
Does this look like the face of a bird who is ever not doing crimes?
Pick a Bond villain from the pictures you already have on your phone.
Took an online quiz that listed this as one of the answers for personal communication style, and I think it's safe to say that Barbara Jordan would have a few words about Ronald Reagan being in that group with her.
Done and cooling off! (I tend to forget that any amount of tomato in quiche means I need to add at least 15 minutes to the cook time or it won't set properly.)
Happy birthday! Here is the traditional offering of a very poorly represented sheep.
Last Tortie to the Golden: I have decided we are friends now The Golden: If I lie very, very still, maybe she won't kill me
Every time I see this photo by @lizessleywhyte.bsky.social I think "buddy, you obviously didn't have any Latina aunts when you were growing up, or you'd already be hiding."
My plumeria is blooming! (This is the first one in 30 years of trying I haven't managed to kill, and it got big enough to be transplanted to the front yard about five years back. Coastal Southern California isn't their ideal climate.)
Had to go check if any of my original pamphlets were still in storage. I don't see the box anywhere, but here's one of the books that was in it: (Still mad at my little brother for scribbling on it 50 years later.)
