Currently, with it disabled, it's showing correctly flagged content and showing your other posts, and didn't prompt that pop-up, so you should be good

If you head into Settings > Moderation and Content Filters, you can toggle the "Enable Adult Content" setting and it'll let you know if you visit a profile as to whether or not it prompts that pop-up warning. However, if you're doing this on iOS, it'll block you from re-enabling from the app itself
