Cover for Revival: A Proposal for Common Miscellanies. The cover is an almost direct copy of Reaper, a wargame manual that was a predecessor of Warhammer (although it was open for all miniatures- the guy who designed it died penniless round the corner from where I used to live which says a lot really). The only change is a picture of flowers instead of a monster thing (another word for miscellanies was florigellum, literally 'a gathering of flowers')
