Be warned; I yell about OCs and think games are pretty neat. FFXIV|Fortnite|Generally meme-y. Profile by Brabbit/TalkingTadPol on Twitter Dawntrail is good
Masters Of The Universe It was pretty good. I applaud all the work that went into the costume designs and fight choreography and hope that gets recognised. But that's all I'll say because from the bottom of my heart Fuck Jared Leto.
AI The Somnium Files: NirvanA Initiative This was a LOT better than the first game. Genuinely a great mystery story with great new characters and a WILD plot. I do think the dream sequences could have been expanded a bit more though, felt like only the last two were particularly innovative.
Backrooms Not usually a horror film fan but this was really good. Got spoiled on something beforehand so I was as scared as I should be but Kane Parsons nailed the atmosphere and set design by a mile. Great performances by the leads too, especially Chiwetel.
Why is literally anything Tim Sweeney does a blow against the idea of media itself jesus christ
Falling back into the Kingdom Hearts pit again and it reminds me how much I love the "evil/dark copy" trope in games. Case and point, Vanitas rocks.
LambyLand Heard this was an entry-level horror ARG so I decided to try it myself. Short but very effective, I love the Club Penguin influence and the explorable world, clearly a labor of love from the creator. Did need to use a guide occasionally though XD
Street Fighter 6 is a great game cause it finally lets me do my civil duty whenever I see a police officer
Dragon's Dogma is a lot of fun. Really love how you can hire other player's characters they made, so I've been travelling with @roboticsteve.bsky.social 's Saber protecting my mage! 🥊
Guess who just sat down on their break and looked over to see a false widow spider on their arm
So after ordering it last year and tons of delays, my Ghost of Tsushima Living Legend pin finally arrived 😊
Control Really fun! Telekinesis felt amazing every time and it was a good bit funnier than I expected. A lot easier to follow than Alan Wake too. A bit on the short side, but it was great finally getting to experience why people love this game.
Got all the Endwalker trial mounts! Now on to Dawntrail and the wings I'm missing #FFXIV
Tales Of Arise Perfectly fine game. Took me a few years to work through. Wasn't very engaged with the world and a lot of the plot beats felt very strange but overall I still had a lot of fun. Great voice acting and the gameplay was fun if a bit clunky.
So to anyone still playing Party Animals, they've decided to go all in on the AI slop wagon (and are predictably getting blasted for it) Total scum. Glad I never got invested in it.
Maul: Shadow Lord A lot better than I was expecting! Never finished Clone Wars so the time placement threw me off a bit but I really liked the characters and art style. Action scenes were especially well done too. Only criticism is that it ended a bit abruptly.
