Adult bullying is a form of abuse that often goes unrecognized. It can show up as gossip exclusion damage to someone’s reputation or emotional manipulation. It’s not just conflict a personality differences. It’s a deliberate attempt to control or diminish another person. Problems like this can’t be addressed if we refuse to acknowledge they exist
