My garden is blooming in multiple hues. But it is eerily low on pollinators. The bergamot is usually emitting a noisy hum from multiple species, but there are only a handful of bees. 👩‍🌾🌸🐝🦋

Hundreds of tiny orange blossoms if a few butterfly milkweed plants fill the frame. A few yellow coreopsis flowers peek out from the right, with spiky green leaves visible at the base of the shot.

I love my CSA, so I spent the morning helping with a weeding bee at Vintage Soil Farm. And we were spoiled with lunch AND a load of beautiful fresh veggies to bring home! 🥕🧅🥬🐴👩‍🌾

Took our cats to Lake Ontario Park for a stroll. Cora is the older and braver of the two and seemed to want to walk all afternoon. Marvin is shy of strangers and was visibly uneasy.
