“It's a universal law - intolerance is the first sign of an inadequate education. An ill-educated person behaves with arrogant impatience, whereas truly profound education breeds humility.” Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
Minus the title/photo crop—I made this and have to say it was spot on. It is delicious.
I’ve had this painting for 35 years. A family friend painted the piece. I was named after the artist.
Who is the woman? The hate guy I’ve watched on video posts on this platform, but she reminds me of the gospel of gold woman at the WH. I hope the media doesn’t cover it or report (but FOX & other hate news will eat it up) & wish people on the streets let them know they’re not welcome—PEACEFULLY.
Have a classmate from high school that I stay in touch with—one thing I notice is that we differ on humanity & rights; however she is basically a good person because she is fed propaganda. To keep them affixed to the falsehoods they use fear as a tool —“divide et impera.”
Explained that to so many. Some got it others listened to propaganda and dug in their heals. Im an Independent voter and belong to zero parties, but vote toward the person who wants to improve life in our country & others. President Truman warned us about it being used against us.
Definitely a Eastern Euro style of dress. It is common for younger hyper styled men associated with risqué attitude or partying dress. However not all men in Europe dress as this as I saw several great looking guys dress much better in Germany & France. It’s Euro disco chic for men as well.
Early prototype of Naked dressing gave way to current barely there. Not saying she looks bad on the current dress, but less than most show on average.
Solar would definitely help and wind if available, but why not underground where the earth is cooler in remote areas? Maybe we got it wrong. Power companies want prices to increase for profit, but storms, pollution, fire—so many problems will emerge. These centers will replace human jobs.
Lived there for 7 years! My favs: Go to Lilha Bakery - Coco Puff (not a cereal), try Beard’s Papa, Honolulu Burger Company (taro bun), Roy’s Restaurant$$$,Diamond Head bakery get a HUGE Blueberry scone❤️& Leonard’s hapia Malasada (original store) in Honolulu. Find Panni Po Po in Waipahu. Enjoy!
Can’t get a web link on this, but on Apple News. As a light skinned woman I can attest to the use of sunscreen prevents skin cancer where the sun shines on the body. Plus too much brown makes your skin look like a road map as you age—cigarettes & alcohol add to it. Would show you my skin cancer…
Old as time itself… it is avoidable in the best of people, but they face trials constantly from those corrupted.
Paid for satellite radio for my car on a 40’s music channel so when we drove to do anything she could listen to music she loved. She’d ask me ten times where we were going, but once she heard music her memory improved 40%. I can’t delete the service because -feel like she’s still in the car with me.
Saw these when I traveled in Germany recently. Smart way to save money and promote a clean environment. However state power companies do not want to lose customers. They lobby their respective government leaders NOT to do incentives or set up differentiation hookups—cost prohibiting tactics.
Not pointing fingers, but I did this myself once unknowingly. These are my favorite flowering plants. Hope this might provide insight to help you. ❤️
Got racism? It’s funny how selective their racism exudes from their mouths when in their safe place.
Watch FOX and it’s like getting an injection that hits a nerve. The mess I hear from the mouths of well paid brainwashed personalities is ubiquitous. Those who watch this show need lessons on fallacies and naturally watch other viewpoints— Before anyone tells me I know they’ll never do that.
My grandmother always repeated to me if I repeated an error in life, “ Reap what you sow.”
Mind boggling to imagine a preventative treatment for a virus that can paralyze or kill a human—unavailable. Older Americans remember the fear and trauma people lived with daily before the vaccine existed.
Priceless photo! Find a good artist to paint this to last centuries ❤️ Excuse that I took the imperative to AI your image, but reminded me of my beloved father who I lost 21 years ago. I’ll delete all images after posting. 🌹
Many years ago we lived in Des Moines, IA—La Mie. Absolutely loved stopping to get an espresso and a delicious French Pastry (serious on French), fresh bread, or a delicious sandwich. MISS the shop so much. If I won a lottery (not much chance since I never buy) I would open a pastry/coffee shop.
Didn’t mean to post twice—pardon me. It doesn’t matter what side of the Tennis Court you support—it happened in late 1780’s. Neé Left vs Right We are ONE nation & need to get over the Tennis Court net & play ball as a team. I’m old as dirt—fighting over this/that never solved anything—History 101
I use both and NOT a friggin bot nor AI. I’m just an old woman who types with her right middle finger due to arthritis—I’m lazy. Getting old isn’t for the lazy people—keep hoping my laziness makes me younger. So far not successful.
How refreshing to see a politician who is a human first and cares about the people he serves. It’s freaking phenomenal!!!
YMCA. Think he got a nutritionist as well at first. He has dropped fat & lost size, but weight is less but not drastic. His clothes are now in piles to donate bc he’s bought smaller size. Plus keeping muscle helps with skin sag he said. He’s very happy—truly. No permissions to show him, so cropped!
Congratulations! You’ll save money if you were always stopping to get one at a coffee shop. Occasionally if out and about and I have an urge I’ll stop and get one, but I can make my own at home for less than half the price. Buon cafe! 🍵
Time flies —first thought when I discovered this magazine-“Time” 6/30/2003–in storage.
