I love baking so much. Made these sticky pecan buns last night. The dough was bloody sticky and hard to manage. I fell over when taking a break. Forgot half the ingredients and ran out of the other half part way through and had to buy them. I now have burnt sugar goo in my oven. But they're worth it

The sugary syrup turned into a crunchy, toffee like substance along with pecans that were cooked under the buns in the oven and became the toppings.
