A family day out to Nottingham Castle, well worth the entry fee and extra caves tour cost. The Trip to Jerusalem is still an outstanding hostelry. Nottingham city centre though! Closed shops, homeless, many people obviously struggling mentally and just fast food, fast food. Disappointed...

A great ride out this morning. Foggy and cold to start but that soon burned off. It's great riding in sunshine even though it's still only 10°C.

It's been quite awhile since I posted a pic of my evening beer(s), I've been cutting back on my beer. I saw this and remembered how nice a drink it is and at 8% alcohol vol it's doesn't need more than a couple to bring on the buzz..

Last weekend I rode in my annual sufferfest that is The Glorious Gravel Sherwood Pines Sportif. More being overtaken than overtaking this year. Probably 1000 miles short on training miles compared to last year! My work/life balance needs some serious sorting out..
