@bantsby
you try to smirk but you're smiling. fantasy football/dynasty mostly
It is really hard to imagine a team trying to take away carries from Saquon Barkley but the Eagles also decided to stop throwing to the middle of the field the last two years, so even more strange things may be coming
Not totally surprising but for anyone that hoped Jayden Reed would be an option to explode this year, the packers have put him in a box already
Another spot where wisdom would make you hope this doesn’t end up being the case, and maybe it changes in-season
it's still very early in this period but Skyler Bell not getting any run is surprising
Travis Hunter still playing both sides, and from what i can tell its first team on both ends.
More Jaydon Blue positive press, i think the hype with him will start to bubble soon. He'll obviously be behind Williams but i think he'll still return value
not trying to post many of these puff quotes but i do think "the team believes he has the potential to be a top-tier TE" is the type of thing that signals intent
not exactly news but kind of interesting comments here on Egbuka. I'm also willing to believe in a Chris Godwin comeback
don't think its too surprising that the 49ers staff might not have the best medical team
its far too early to say anything meaningful about this but right before Alec Pierce broke out this was also what the training camp news around him was like. I think for deep ball guys when things are coming out like this, worth seeing where it lands. not like the Patriots have an obvious 2nd WR
another thread to pull on for running backs, this one on George Holani and Jaradian Price. i dont think this is very surprising, but i haven't seen Emmanuel Wilson mentioned in the same way as Holani is here
I think this is one of the best albums I’ve ever heard? After the first listen I am astounded
not sure where this thread will lead to when pulled but an interesting line that isn't reflected in drafts at all
Had an insane Balatro run. Unseeded. Might’ve hit naninf if I didn’t make a dumb error by not checking the boss blind
I keep posting about it but the cowboys have been very clear since last year that they somehow view Blue as much more than a 5th rounder, hence both displaying public disappoint in him and now continued praise + things like this:
If this is how the Cardinals are actually viewing Michael Wilson then he is being severely underdrafted
Schottenheimer has completely turned course on Jaydon Blue but how much usage would they give an RB2 after giving out a big contract to Javonte?
he's currently at WR30 in best ball (which is probably where his ADP will be highest) and that feels like a slight overpay for him. Brian Thomas Jr, DJ Moore, and Carnell Tate can offer the same upside without as much risk. Maybe if he's cheaper in redrafts, he'll be a better buy.
the flaw with him is that he's not targeted as often per-route as most WR1s would be (67th percentile). A lot of that is from not being targeted against zone coverage, which is the NFL's main coverage tactic currently. Meanwhile, he dominates man coverage.
Against all players with at least 200 targets since the 2014 NFL season, Christian Watson is actually pretty good across all depths. However he's used a lot more further downfield which has made his fantasy career very do-or-die when he's played.
here's the players Jordan Love threw to in his last playoff game as well. Romeo Doubs Matthew Golden Christian Watson Jayden Reed 300 yards and 4 touchdowns. Michael Wilson would be his best receiver!
