We're getting it a bit down here in the upper Midwest US. I'm in that big swath of purple (is tomorrow's prediction, so it's only getting worse). Not as bad as you guys, obviously. But you can feel it even indoors already. My chest has been tight all day. No mud-butt, though.
I discovered this when I moved here 20 years ago. I refer to it as Random Acts of Corn. And yes, it can happen anywhere there's enough soil. It's wild.

Yes exactly. It's like they don't want you to be able to actually see the design of the characters. They stretched a busy 2d design over a 3d shape. It makes me think of early attempts at polygonal graphics in video games lol
They are very visually chaotic. When you have so many shapes adding too many colors or patterns tend to makes it hard to see the design as a whole. It's like camouflage patterns. It breaks up lines and looks erratic. That's how these make me feel. Even the box art has that esthetic.
I don't think you really understand how proud you can be of someone until the moment comes. This kid made it. And there's a whole world ahead of them.

Made grilled corn on the cob (for elote) and ribs tonight. Took a chance on this Kinder's brand sauce. Friggin amazing. Very impressed. Oldest loved it too. Def recommend.
