I had a single-stage oxygen regulator fail "open", sending tank pressure to the output. The seal looked like brown candle wax (crumbles on right side of photo). I didn't know they could fail this way just from age and normal use.
I recently learned the USGS has free aerial LiDAR data for many areas. Draw a box, then click the green button on the right side and select Eptium viewer. apps.nationalmap.gov/lidar-explor...
