I've been here long enough where a lot of you don't even know where I come from and I kinda find that delightful. But I'm glad you're here! How are you?
The most eldest millennial hobby I have is hitting the vape and reading peak video game magazines. This issue has a preview for something called StarCraft.
One of my very dear friends made a memorial to a fallen local politician in front of his office today and I couldn't be prouder.
Sheepstealer did nothing wrong. You make venison for a buddy, they treat you like a gun and force you to join a war, and you're telling me you know exactly who to immolate? That giant-chinned bastard did his level best.
Today was my day so I got the kids together and we all painted Warhammer together and now I have a first mini from my kids from Father's day. We moved fast and had fun. Life rules.
Aim and Ignite is better, but I've only seen it live in the shops once. I saw them live on this tour, it was a great show
I never think I will like this as much as I did as a kid but the secret is these songs get better with age, not worse. I love writing that you get to enjoy in different ways throughout your life. Little Shop rules, and is filled with real longing.
Why would you Want to live In this world I know you watch the news I've seen it too I've seen it too
OMG, I just found out the show runner behind Widow's Bay. And she was already an internet legend. I am not joking. This is amazing. It's Katie Dippold
One time my dad was like 'everyone has ADHD or autism in your generation. We never had that when I was a kid." and I'm looking around his place going yeah dad, no one had hyperfixations. He even has an immaculate phonograph with all the original accessories.
This is the first version of the first system he put together for me. I like my current setup more and it fits my tastes a tiny bit better but holy shit this baby purred.
I mean look at this cassette player. Have you seen anything as beautiful as this in your life.
My dad's stereo collection is ridiculous. I can't even begin to describe it. His texts to me are like "listening to some Steely Dan on the reel-to-reel lol but bring me back that Onkyo receiver I know no one is using it." This is one part of one room. You heard me.
One of my sons decided to get into records so he ended up with the hand-me-downs of my dad's hand-me-downs and boy is he a good lad to hold back when kids at school are bragging about their Crossleys.
I know it's an expensive hobby but records are awesome. I love listening to 'em and holding them and flipping through 'em. That's the whole message. I got into records and I never regret it. My dad gave me one of his refurbished '70s receivers and it fucking rules. Gaze upon those dials.
I know it's been a while But baby if you were waiting for me We're going out in style
Are there heart strings connected To the poison coming out of your mouth? Are you super-connected? Are you super-connected now?
You go to a metal show, and have never heard of the band in the middle of the bill. If their guitarist looks like Buddy Holly? Run.
You see three guys outside the punk show. Point to the one who is going to wreck your shit in the pit while pulling out every single person who falls down. See how long it takes you to figure it out.
Every rule has exceptions, and you know it's true because here's the exception: a rule with no exceptions. A guy in a button up shirt and black square glasses is usually who you should be scared of. Some examples? One of these guys has committed ALL the war crimes
