Can't explain why, but this insert of Troy and Phones' chairs locking into place was SO important to me as a child. It wouldn't be a real Stingray launch without. Maybe it gave me a sense of security to know that they were clamped in? In HD, it looks a bit more flimsy than it does in my memories.
Farewell to Dee Palmer who arranged and composed some of the most beautiful music in Jethro Tull. Life is a long song but the tune ends too soon for us all.

In 1969, The Man from UNCLE's Robert Vaughn starred with his pal Sherwood Price in a production of The Odd Couple on stage. A few short years later, Vaughn would get to make his directorial debut on The Protectors and he chose to make a comedy no doubt inspired by this. It did not go down as well...
