Are grieving while the world celebrates;
Are spending the day alone;

Are feeling the financial weight of the season;
Have to put on a ‘brave face’ for their children;
Find the noise and the crowds over stimulating;
Are ‘estranged’ or ‘distanced’;
Have ‘holiday burnout’ before the holiday even starts.
